Lost your event pass? How to find it again in a minute
Deleted the WhatsApp message or changed phones? Here’s how to get your event pass back from My Passes, and what to do if your UPI payment is still waiting.
It happens to everyone: the WhatsApp message got lost in a busy chat, you changed phones, or a friend booked for you. Your pass isn’t lost. It’s saved with your booking.
Check My Passes first
Open My Event Booker on the phone you booked with and go to My Passes. Passes booked on that phone are saved there.
Booked on another phone?
Tap “Booked on another phone? Sign in” and enter the mobile number you booked with. You’ll get a code on WhatsApp. Enter it, and every pass booked with that number appears.
Search your WhatsApp
Search WhatsApp for the event’s name. The pass message has your QR code, your name and the date.
Paid by UPI but no pass yet?
If you paid the organizer by UPI, your pass appears once they confirm your payment, which usually takes a few minutes. Make sure you tapped “I’ve paid” after paying. If it’s taking long, message the organizer from the payment screen: the message includes your booking number. Don’t pay again.
Still can’t find it?
- Check that you’re signing in with the same number you entered when booking.
- Ask the friend or family member who booked for you. The passes are under their number, and they can forward them to you.
- Contact the organizer: their details are on their booking page. Organizers can resend your pass on WhatsApp.
At the gate without your pass? Sign in on your phone right there with your mobile number. Your pass shows up in a minute.
Can I use a screenshot of my pass?
Yes, but each pass works only once per entry: whoever is scanned first gets in. Keep your pass private.
I entered the wrong number when booking.
Contact the organizer with your name, the event and your booking number. They can find your booking and help.
