Who we are

My Event Booker is a brand of Elvatrixa, a sole proprietorship registered in India under Udyam (MSME), owned by Uday Mohanrao Bute (Proprietor). We build an online ticketing and gate-entry system for Navratri, Garba, Dandiya and other cultural festivals in India.

What we offer

• For festival organizers (Mandals): a free page to list events and sell entry passes online, a dashboard for bookings and reports, staff accounts and a QR gate scanner.
• For attendees: book festival passes online, pay securely, and receive a digital QR pass instantly on screen.
• Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Money for passes is settled to the organizer’s bank account.

Pricing (all amounts in Indian Rupees, ₹)

• Attendees pay the pass price set by the organizer, shown in ₹ on the event page and again before payment. We do not add a booking or convenience fee.
• Organizers pay no setup fee and no monthly fee.
• On each successful online booking, a platform fee of 5% of the amount paid, plus the payment gateway’s charges, is deducted before the organizer’s settlement.
• Cash and free (complimentary) passes recorded by the organizer carry no fee.
