The agreement for using My Event Booker as an attendee or an organizer.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to https://myeventbooker.com and the My Event Booker app. My Event Booker is a brand of Elvatrixa, a sole proprietorship registered in India under Udyam (MSME), owned by Uday Mohanrao Bute (Proprietor). By booking a pass, creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Our role

We provide the booking, payment and entry system. Each event is organised by the festival organizer (Mandal) named on its page, who sets the event details, pass prices and refund policy and is responsible for running the event.

3. Accounts

  • You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and codes private.
  • Organizers must give true details about themselves, their events and their bank account.

4. Bookings and payments

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay.
  • Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card details.
  • A booking is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. Your QR pass is then delivered instantly (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).
  • A pass admits the number of people stated on it (for example, a Couple pass admits 2). Each pass can be used for entry once.

5. Fees for organizers

No setup or monthly fee. A 5% platform fee plus payment gateway charges is deducted from each successful online booking before settlement. Cash and complimentary passes carry no fee.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Organizer responsibilities

  • Hold all permits needed for the venue and event (police, municipal, sound and others).
  • Describe events and passes accurately and honour every valid pass.
  • Refund attendees as their refund policy states, and fully if an event is cancelled.

8. Attendee responsibilities

  • Follow the venue rules and the instructions of the organizer and its staff.
  • Do not copy, alter or resell passes at a higher price. Copied or altered passes are refused at the gate.

9. Liability

The organizer is responsible for the event itself, including the venue, safety, artists and schedule. Our liability for any claim about a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Courts at Akola, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
