Who we are
My Event Booker is a brand of Elvatrixa, a sole proprietorship registered in India under Udyam (MSME), owned by Uday Mohanrao Bute (Proprietor). We build an online ticketing and gate-entry system for event organizers in India: Navratri and Garba festivals, concerts, shows, workshops, sports, conferences and other events.

What we offer
- For event organizers (including festival Mandals): a free page to list events and sell entry passes online, a dashboard for bookings and reports, staff accounts and a QR gate scanner.
- For attendees: book festival passes online, pay securely, and receive a digital QR pass instantly on screen.
- Payment by UPI goes directly to the organizer’s own UPI ID. We never hold attendees’ money.
Pricing (all amounts in Indian Rupees, ₹)
- Attendees pay the pass price set by the organizer, shown in ₹ on the event page and again before payment. We do not add a booking or convenience fee.
- Organizers pay no setup fee and no monthly fee.
- On each confirmed paid booking, a platform fee of 5% of the amount paid applies. For UPI payments made directly to the organizer, this fee is billed to the organizer monthly.
- For UPI payments, the amount to pay may include a few extra paise (for example ₹499.03 instead of ₹499). This makes each payment easy to identify; the extra paise go to the organizer.
- Cash and free (complimentary) passes recorded by the organizer carry no fee.
