What we collect, why, who we share it with and your choices.

1. Who we are

My Event Booker is a brand of Elvatrixa, a sole proprietorship registered in India under Udyam (MSME), owned by Uday Mohanrao Bute (Proprietor). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Email hello@elvatrixa.com, call or WhatsApp +91 8668296156 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)).

2. What we collect

  • Attendees: name, mobile number, optional email, the passes you book and whether they were used at the gate.
  • Organizers and staff: name, mobile number, Mandal details and, for payouts, business and bank details needed for KYC.
  • Payment status and reference numbers. Card, UPI and bank login details are handled by Cashfree Payments and never reach us.
  • Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure, such as sign-in sessions on your device.

3. How we use it

  • To create bookings, deliver passes and let you in at the gate.
  • To send one-time sign-in codes and service messages on WhatsApp.
  • To process payments, refunds and organizer settlements.
  • To give support, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

  • The organizer of the event you book, so they can manage entry and support you.
  • Cashfree Payments, to process payments, refunds and settlements.
  • Our service providers: Google Firebase (database), Vercel (hosting) and our WhatsApp messaging provider.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.
  • We never sell your personal data.

5. Security

Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access is limited by role: each organizer sees only its own events and bookings.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and other data only while it is needed for the purposes above.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@elvatrixa.com. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are kept until that period ends.
