Passes are digital and delivered instantly. Nothing is shipped.

Digital delivery only

• Festival passes are digital QR passes. There is no physical shipping and no shipping or delivery charge.
• Your pass is delivered instantly after the payment succeeds: it appears on screen and is saved under “My Passes” on the same phone. You can open it again from any phone by signing in with the mobile number you booked with.
• Show the QR pass on your phone at the venue gate. A printed copy also works.
• Organizers get access to their dashboard immediately after signing up.

Pass not received?

If you paid but cannot see your pass within 30 minutes, contact us with your booking number or the mobile number you used. Email hello@elvatrixa.com, call or WhatsApp +91 8668296156 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)).
